1. Order Confirmation Process

After you place an order on our website, our team contacts you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order details.

  • An order is considered confirmed once you respond with approval (verbally, by message, or by clicking a confirmation link).

  • If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.

2. When You Can Cancel

You may request a cancellation only before your order is confirmed.

Once the order has been confirmed and sent for packing or dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel before confirmation, contact us immediately through:

  • Customer support number

  • Email

You must provide your order number and registered phone number.

4. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order is packed, shipped, or handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

5. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:

  • The customer may be blacklisted from future purchases.

  • SkinPalace reserves the right to block future COD orders from that customer.

6. Out of Stock or Pricing Errors

SkinPalace reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors
    In such cases, the customer will be informed and refunded (if prepaid).
